Stuart Milan, President, North America

With nearly 20 years of experience in the travel industry, Stuart Milan is now leading the charge as President of North America. Over the past five years, he has played a key role in driving Riviera Travel’s growth in the U.K., and he now leads the company’s expansion into the North American market. With a brand-new headquarters in Fort Lauderdale and exciting new ships launching each year, Stuart is focused on making Riviera Travel a household name across the United States and Canada. 

Marilyn Conroy, Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing

With decades of leadership in luxury travel, Marilyn helped reposition Riviera in North America. She's passionate about making Riviera’s premium, all-inclusive product accessible and known across the U.S. market.

Eric Schmit, Senior Vice President of Sales, North America

Eric brings executive-level experience from Regent Seven Seas Cruises and leads with a collaborative, people-first approach. Based in Fort Lauderdale, he’s passionate about innovation and delivering standout service.
