You'd better believe we've tried most (if not all) of the regional dishes, tested the local vintners and travelled to the hidden spots that proudly hold on to traditional cooking methods. We'll meet the men and women creating world-famous produce - including master cheesemakers in Gruyere, historic wine producers in France, Spain and New Zealand and a family-run farm in Sorrento. And, of course, we wouldn't leave without trying a bite (or three).
